Clean-LDS is a resource for the support of those struggling to overcome pornography addiction or abuse, using the framework of the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

 

Pornography, with its sleazy filth, sweeps over the earth like a horrible, engulfing tide. It is poison. Do not watch it or read it. It will destroy you if you do. It will take from you your self-respect. It will rob you of a sense of the beauties of life. It will tear you down and pull you into a slough of evil thoughts and possibly of evil actions. Stay away from it. Shun it as you would a foul disease, for it is just as deadly.

Please note that those struggling with pornography problems may only join Clean-LDS and not Clean-Support. Also, if you are joining Clean-Support and your spouse is a member of Clean-LDS and you want to join Clean-LDS as well, your spouse must provide an email message to the moderator stating that he/she is aware his spouse is also joining Clean-LDS.

No exceptions are allowed to the above rules. All of the information is required. Don't even bother requesting to be subscribed without it.

So that others on the list can learn about you and know how to help or otherwise support you, a personal  introduction is recommended. 

Clean-Marriage

Clean-Marriage is restricted to members of Clean-LDS and Clean-Support, or their spouses. If you want to join Clean-Marriage, you must either be a member of the other two lists or be recommended by your spouse, as long as your spouse is a member of Clean-Marriage. If you only want to join Clean-Marriage and you are not married to someone already on Clean-Marriage, you will need to first join the other list that is appropriate for you and do enough posting for the moderator to get to know you.
